What are my payment options?

Orders can be paid with iDeal, CreditCard or PayPal. There are no additional costs for any of these payment methods.

Belgian orders can be paid with CreditCard, PayPal of Bancontact. 
German orders can be paid with CreditCard, PayPal of SofortBanking/ DIRECTebanking. 

What is the delivery time in the Netherlands?

All orders are shipped with PostNL and have a transit time of 1 to 2 workdays (not including holidays). You do not need to stay at home, because the Ploprs fits right through the mailbox ;). Plopr is not responsible for any delays during transport. 
Have you not yet received your Plopr 5 workdays after you placed your order? Please contact us.

What is the delivery time outside of the Netherlands?

We use PostNL for orders outside of the Netherlands. PostNL carries over the final part of the delivery to your local transporter. The average delivery times for international orders are:

EU4 - 6 workdays
World10 - 15 workdays

Plopr is not responsible for any delays during transport.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs may vary per product, depending on the size and weight of the product. Our shipping costs are all-in, so there are no unexpected costs for packing or administration. If applicable, import duties and VAT are at cost of the receiver. 

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands!

International orders are shipped with PostNL. In Europe we ship all orders with a total weight under 2 kg. with certified mail. Orders with a total weight over 2 kg. are shipped with PostNL parcel service. Please see the rates below. When you add products to your shopping cart, and select your country the shipping costs will be shown.

Why can't I order more of my product?

When you can only order a certain amount of one product, that is the amount that is left in stock. Do you want to order more? Please contact us, and we are going to our best to find a solution.

Can I return a product?

Each order is packed with care to protect it from damaging during transport. In the case of a damaged product, it is possible to return your product. Please send us an e-mail with a photo of the received package. We will make sure that we take care of your return with the outmost care.

Can I order a custom-made Plopr?

Yes, of course you can! We are able to create Ploprs witha  logo or tekst. Visit our Business Gift page for more information. 
Do you want a custom-made Plopr with your own? Or with the name of your boyfriend/ girlfriend/ father/ that one beer drinking uncle/ or someone else? Please contact us and we will do our best to try and accomodate this.

What is the production time of the custom-made Plopr?

The average production time of a custom-made Plopr with your own logo is 2 to 3 weeks. We have a production facility that holds inventory. This makes us able to deliver custom-made Ploprs with a short production time. We will always send you a digital visual of how your custom-made Plopr will look like. After approval, the engraving process will start. If you need your Plopr faster, please let us know. We will then try to deliver in accordance with your deadline.
